Frequently asked questions

How quickly can care begin after discharge?
In most cases a caregiver is matched and scheduled within 48 hours of receiving a referral. For urgent discharges contact our intake line directly and we will prioritize placement.
How are caregivers screened and trained?
All Jemway Solutions caregivers complete a multi-step background check, professional reference verification, and our in-house training program covering personal care standards, safety protocols, medication reminders, and emergency response before any placement.
Does insurance cover home care services?
Many plans including Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and certain private insurance programs cover qualifying home care services. We verify coverage during the intake process. Private-pay arrangements are also available.
What if a client needs a different caregiver?
We want every match to feel right. If a client or their family feels the pairing is not working, contact your care coordinator and we will arrange a new match without issue.
Where does Jemway Solutions currently operate?
We are launching in December 2027 and will initially serve Hernando, Pasco, Hillsborough, and Pinellas counties in Florida. Additional counties are planned in subsequent phases.
How do families stay informed about care?
Through the Jemway client portal, authorized family members can view the daily task log, upcoming appointments, caregiver notes, and vital sign entries in real time. Direct messaging with the assigned caregiver is also available.
